Fresh Air Intelligent Regulator
Demand-based ventilation control with multi-parameter IAQ sensing - retrofits onto any existing HVAC system.
GreenPro Certified · CII, 2025
FLO2 FAIR+ connects to any existing HVAC system, whether AHU, VRF, inline fans or split units, and shifts it from fixed-schedule operation to demand-based control. Ventilation responds to actual occupancy and air quality conditions in real time, reducing energy consumption while maintaining indoor air quality within required thresholds.
Step 1
CO₂ sensors and occupancy inputs provide a continuous picture of conditions in each served zone. When occupancy increases above threshold, the zone requires more fresh air. When occupancy drops, it requires less.
Step 2
Control logic processes sensor inputs against configurable parameters including CO₂ setpoints, occupancy schedules and outdoor conditions, and determines the appropriate response for each moment.
Step 3
Fresh air intake adjusts. Where outdoor conditions permit, ambient air is used to reduce mechanical cooling load. AC units are managed to maintain comfort without unnecessary compressor hours.
Step 4
Every reading and every control action is timestamped and cloud-logged. Historical data is structured for compliance export without manual data assembly.

Observed reductions across FLO2 FAIR+ deployments in Indian cities.
| Location | Observed Energy Reduction | Primary Driver |
|---|---|---|
| Chennai | 12 to 18% | Humidity management, reduced over-ventilation |
| Bangalore | 15 to 25% | Free cooling potential, low active cooling demand |
| Hyderabad | 30 to 40% | Replacement of constant fresh-air systems with adaptive control |
